Refunds/Exchanges:

Please note that we offer exchanges only on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase but please understand that each piece of jewelry is handmade to order. We are a small brand that produces pieces in small batches using sustainable practices so our resources and inventory are limited. Custom and gold orders are non-refundable.

In the event of an exchange, please send an email to request an authorization and arrange shipment (customer is responsible for shipping). Jewelry must be sent back unworn and undamaged in original packaging.

We encourage you to reach out with any questions, check out the jewelry in person at one of our stockists, or request a studio visit to try pieces on prior to purchase.

Repairs:

We stand behind the quality of our pieces but understand accidents happen. Please send an email to request a repair. A small repair fee may be charged in the case of damage due to heavy wear. 

Cleaning/Polishing:

Need a deep clean and polish? We get it – excessive wear and tear happens and sometimes pieces get left in non-ideal conditions and tarnish. For a deep clean and polish, please send an email to schedule a drop off at our studio (if you are in NYC) or coordinate shipping. A standard clean/polish is $20 and includes a new polishing cloth. (If you are shipping the piece back, customer is responsible for shipping.)

Custom Metals/Sizing:

Question about sizing? Feel free to send an email – happy to discuss and help determine sizing prior to your purchase. Most pieces can be customized but do allow extra production time.

Don’t see a piece in the metal option you want? Good news…most pieces can be made in any metal. Send an email for a quote – we use current market prices for gold and they fluctuate (especially these days!)
