Shipping + Order Processing
ORDER PROCESSING
All jewelry ships from Mana Made’s studio in NY. Order processing time varies, depending on if the items you order are in stock and ready-to-ship or made-to-order.
Ready-to-Ship: Items that are in stock ship within 3-5 business days. If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please email us to confirm that the item(s) you are interested in purchasing are in stock and ready to ship. Express shipping is available upon request.
Made-to-Order: While we do offer ready-to-ship items, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping for made-to-order items. We are a small studio that makes many of our pieces to order and do not have a large inventory at our studio. We do our best to keep a small inventory of most pieces in stock, but because we maintain sustainable production practices, each piece is made in small batches so limited stock available.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Domestic
All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail, which takes 2-5 days for delivery, depending on shipping location. Upon shipment, an email will be sent with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 or more.
International
International orders are shipped default via USPS First Class International Mail. Shipping costs and delivery time estimates are calculated via USPS and vary by country. Customers are responsible for any additional import and tariff fees set by the receiving country, which are non-refundable. The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.
EXCHANGES:
Please note that we offer exchanges only on a case by case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase but please understand that each piece of jewelry is handmade to order. We are a small brand that produces pieces in small batches using sustainable practices so our resources and inventory are limited. Custom and gold orders are non-refundable.
In the event of an exchange, please send an email to request an authorization and arrange shipment (customer is responsible for shipping). Jewelry must be sent back unworn and undamaged in original packaging. A store credit and/or exchange will be issued upon receipt of the pre-authorized exchanged item.
